Zusammenfassung

Die Blockchain-Technologie hat beispiellose Fortschritte im Energiesektor ermöglicht, den Weg zu einer kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft geebnet und sozioökonomische und ökologische Übergänge vorangetrieben. Dieses Kapitel untersucht die rechtlichen und regulatorischen Herausforderungen von Blockchain-Anwendungen, die auf drei Schlüsselbereichen basieren: Privatrecht, Strafrecht und öffentliches und Verwaltungsrecht. Da diese Herausforderungen globale Debatten prägen, bietet dieses Kapitel verfeinerte und systemische Diskussionen und trägt zu neuen Erkenntnissen und Nuancen der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Aspekte bei.
